The team is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to join their team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Compensation modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong techno-functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven experience in system implementation and support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with integration processes and data management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
