About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP Success Factor Reporting Consultant for a 6-month project with the potential for long-term engagement. This is a remote position based in India, aligned with the CEST time zone, and the start date is immediate.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective reporting solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors environment. You will analyze requirements, design reports, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting outputs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues as they arise.
- Provide training and support to end-users on report usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors reporting.
