About this role
The team is seeking a skilled SAP Success Factor Executive to join their HR department. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in the areas of Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM), Employee Central (EC), and Time Management (TM) modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage SAP SuccessFactors modules effectively.
- Collaborate with HR teams to optimize performance management processes.
- Ensure smooth integration and functionality of Employee Central and Time Management systems.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly PMGM, EC, and TM.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
