About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP Smart Recruiters Consultant to lead and support the implementation and configuration of Smart Recruiters across end-to-end recruiting processes. This is a remote position, and candidates with a maximum of 1 month notice will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Smart Recruiters.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather recruitment requirements.
- Translate recruitment requirements into system configurations.
- Configure requisition workflows, hiring processes, approval flows, interview stages, and candidate lifecycle management.
- Provide support during the implementation phase and ensure successful adoption of the system.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP Smart Recruiters or similar recruitment platforms.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
- Experience with system configuration and workflow design.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in recruitment technology implementation and support.
