The team is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and gathering business requirements, as well as translating these into functional specifications to configure the SAP system effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and gather business requirements and end user cases.
- Write functional specifications and configure the SAP SD system to convert business requirements into a working solution.
- Provide specifications and collaborate with technical teams to handle system enhancements.
- Diagnose, analyze, and solve production issues efficiently.
- Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the organization's Order to Cash process.
- Perform root cause analysis to implement solutions that prevent production issues in the future.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP SD module.
- Proficiency in writing functional specifications and system configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
- Experience in collaborating with technical teams for system enhancements.
- Knowledge of Order to Cash processes and best practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP SD consulting or related roles.
