We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 D&A Functional Lead Finance to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing SAP S4 solutions with a focus on finance, driving transformation and optimization of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SAP S4 D&A solutions focusing on Finance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on financial processes and best practices.
- Analyze current financial systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP S4 HANA, particularly in finance modules.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP finance implementations.
