About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Central Finance AIF Support Lead to join their team in Mumbai. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and support of the Central Finance AIF module within SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance processes and SAP systems, along with proven leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the support team for SAP S/4HANA Central Finance AIF.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AIF processes and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of finance processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on AIF functionalities.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and data integrity.
- Stay updated with SAP releases and enhancements relevant to Central Finance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, specifically in Central Finance and AIF.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and integration points.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance AIF support and leadership.
