The team is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Trainer and Project Implementation Specialist for a remote training program. This role is designed to provide candidates with comprehensive exposure to SAP S/4 HANA modules, focusing on implementation workflows, consulting practices, and project collaboration. The ideal candidate will facilitate training sessions and guide participants through practical project experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured training sessions on SAP S/4 HANA across all modules.
- Provide insights into implementation workflows and best practices in SAP consulting.
- Facilitate project collaboration exercises to enhance practical understanding.
- Engage in interview-oriented discussions to prepare candidates for consulting roles.
- Collaborate with the SAPSOL Product Innovation Lab to design and enhance training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA with hands-on experience in multiple modules.
- Proven experience in project implementation and consulting within SAP environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide participants effectively.
- Familiarity with current SAP trends and innovations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in SAP consulting, training, or project implementation roles.
