The team is seeking an experienced SAP PY NL Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in SAP Payroll processes specifically tailored to the Netherlands. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions that enhance their payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and configure SAP Payroll solutions accordingly.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of SAP Payroll systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll systems with other HR and finance modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payroll processing and reporting.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP releases and payroll legislation in the Netherlands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP Payroll (PY) implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of Dutch payroll regulations and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Relevant SAP certification is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP Payroll consulting, with a focus on the Netherlands.
