About this role
The team is seeking a motivated and results-driven Admission Counselor to support enrollments for their SAP Training and Project Experience Programs. These programs are designed to help SAP learners and professionals strengthen their functional or technical knowledge, gain structured hands-on project exposure, work with implementation documents and business scenarios, and prepare more effectively for SAP career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective participants from Canada and the United States to provide information about the SAP programs.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess the needs and goals of potential students.
- Guide applicants through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry partners.
- Monitor and report on enrollment metrics and program success rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in admissions counseling, education sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SAP technologies and training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
