About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP PPQM L2 Consultant to provide expert support for SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents, analyzing production planning and quality issues, and ensuring smooth operations within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for SAP PP and QM modules, resolving incidents within defined SLAs.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production planning and quality issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA).
- Configure and maintain master data including Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Inspection Plans, and Master Inspection Characteristics.
- Handle the end-to-end Production Order/Process Order lifecycle, including creation, confirmation, and closure.
- Manage Quality Inspection Lots and Usage Decisions, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP PP and QM modules.
- Proficient in configuring and maintaining master data in SAP.
- Solid understanding of production order processes and quality inspection methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP PP and QM support roles.
