About this role
The team is seeking a skilled SAP PP QM Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP PP and QM processes based on business requirements. This role involves working on end-to-end Production Planning and Execution processes to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support PP master data including Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, and Production Versions.
- Manage and configure MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, Process Orders, and Shop Floor Control.
- Oversee the production order lifecycle including order creation, confirmation, goods issue, goods receipt, and backflush.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PP and QM modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in SAP PP and QM modules with a focus on configuration and support.
- Proficiency in managing production order processes and master data.
- Familiarity with MRP, Demand Management, and Capacity Planning concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP PP and QM.
