About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant with a strong focus on Data Migration to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing Production Planning processes while ensuring a seamless data migration from legacy systems to SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and customize Production Planning processes including BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Demand Management.
- Execute data migration from legacy systems to SAP using tools such as LSMW, LTMC, and BODS.
- Collaborate with teams in MM, SD, QM, FICO, and EWM to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Manage cutover activities and provide hypercare support during the go-live phase, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Validate migrated data and support post-implementation stabilization efforts.
- Document processes and provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP PP configuration and data migration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules including MM, SD, QM, FICO, and EWM.
- Proficiency in data migration tools such as LSMW, LTMC, and BODS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP PP consulting and data migration.
