About this role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Manager to join our growing team in Noida/Gurgaon at the Deputy Manager level. In this role, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting SAP PM solutions for the team across various industries. You will leverage your deep understanding of maintenance processes, best practices, and SAP PM functionality to optimize maintenance operations and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of SAP PM solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other modules.
- Provide expertise in maintenance processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on SAP PM functionalities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to SAP PM and provide effective solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP PM features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance module with a strong understanding of maintenance processes.
- Proven experience in leading SAP PM implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
