About this role
The team is seeking a SAP P2P Principal Business Analyst to join their expanding Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune. In this role, you will lead initiatives that drive innovation and improve the lives of people living with diabetes. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions within the SAP P2P framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP P2P solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP P2P processes and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
