The team is seeking an experienced OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Functional SAP Consultant to join their team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Accounts Payable processes and hands-on experience with OpenText VIM solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to design, implement, and support VIM solutions that optimize invoice management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand invoice management needs.
- Design and configure OpenText VIM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide functional expertise and support during the implementation of VIM solutions.
- Conduct testing and validation of VIM configurations to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VIM processes and configurations.
- Train end-users on VIM functionalities and best practices.
- Maintain documentation related to VIM processes and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable processes.
- Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP and OpenText VIM.
