About this role
The team is seeking a skilled OpenText Technical Support & Configuration Specialist to join their team on a remote freelance basis. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of OpenText within the HR IT landscape, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for OpenText solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Configure and implement OpenText solutions in alignment with HR document management needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OpenText with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenText applications and services.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on OpenText functionalities and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in OpenText solutions and their application in HR environments.
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration.
- Solid understanding of document management processes and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in OpenText technical support and configuration.
