The team is seeking a skilled SAP MM Change Management Specialist to join their team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation and management of changes within the SAP Materials Management module, specifically for Molykote Specialty Lubricants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management initiatives related to SAP MM processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and design change strategies.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities.
- Provide support during the transition to new systems and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP MM module and change management processes.
- Proven track record in managing change within large organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP MM and change management.
