About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP MDG-M & BP Designer / GAP Lead to join a leading global organization on a 1-year contract engagement. This role requires a strong hands-on background in SAP MDG, specifically in Material Master and Business Partner domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP MDG solutions for Material Master and Business Partner.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and provide scalable governance solutions.
- Configure Data Models, Process Models, Workflows, BRF+, DRF, and related MDG components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define governance processes.
- Support implementation, testing, deployment, and production activities.
- Drive master data governance best practices and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP MDG expertise.
- Extensive experience in SAP MDG-M (Material Master) and SAP MDG-BP (Business Partner).
- Strong knowledge of Material Master, Business Partner, Customer and Vendor Master Data Governance.
- Hands-on experience in Data Modeling, Process Modeling, Change Request Configuration, BRF+, Rule-Based Workflows, Data Replication Framework (DRF), and Data Import Framework (DIF).
- Experience working in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Good understanding of ABAP, BADI Enhancements, Workflow Configuration, and SAP MDG Technical Components.
- Experience in Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design, and Stakeholder Management.
- End-to-end SAP MDG implementation experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP MDG implementations on SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience leading workshops and client discussions.
- Exposure to MDG-F or MDG-EAM is an added advantage.
Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience is required.
