The team is seeking an experienced Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to support ongoing automation and AI agent initiatives. This role involves hands-on engagement with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio, requiring a professional who is comfortable managing the entire delivery process from requirements gathering to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Design and create AI agents utilizing Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes for improved efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Proficiency in Copilot Studio and AI agent development.
- Solid understanding of automation best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in Power Platform development and automation.
