Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
- Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing progress.
- Assist in the creation of user documentation and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a Quality Assurance role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or similar testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in business analysis and quality assurance.
