About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP IT Manager to oversee and enhance their SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing SAP landscapes and ensuring optimal performance to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP team in implementing and maintaining SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve SAP-related issues.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while minimizing downtime.
- Develop and enforce best practices for SAP usage and security.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP system management and administration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Fiori.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP management or a related IT role.
