The team, a leading global healthcare and consulting organization, is seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Lead to drive the successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation initiatives across global business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of SAP implementation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients regarding project updates and issues.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and risk assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP implementation, with a strong focus on project management.
- Proven track record of leading successful SAP transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
