About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP IBP / SAP ePPDS Consultant to join their team. This role involves providing L2/L3 Application Management Services (AMS) support for SAP S/4HANA production planning and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAP ePPDS, with a focus on incident resolution and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP IBP and ePPDS applications.
- Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis to ensure system stability.
- Configure SAP IBP and ePPDS solutions to meet business requirements.
- Support integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and performance.
- Document processes and maintain system documentation for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in SAP IBP and SAP ePPDS.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA production planning.
- Proficient in incident management and problem resolution.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP IBP and ePPDS consulting.
