About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Lead Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes within SAP IBP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP IBP modules, focusing on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and configure IBP solutions to meet business needs while ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP IBP functionalities.
- Monitor and optimize IBP processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, CPI-DS, and data integration strategies.
- Proven experience in leading SAP IBP projects with a focus on best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong project management skills and experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP IBP consulting or related roles.
