The team is seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Human Capital Management solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of the team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP HCM solutions.
- Design and configure SAP HCM modules, including Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality meets business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM applications.
- Stay updated on SAP HCM trends and technologies to continuously improve solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP HCM configuration and implementation.
- Proficiency in SAP modules relevant to HCM, such as Payroll and Time Management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting or related roles.
