About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join their team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM with a focus on various modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll specific to Indian regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP HCM solutions in a hands-on capacity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to write functional specifications.
- Analyze and understand HR processes and statutory requirements.
- Identify and manage integration points with other SAP modules.
- Provide support in a maintenance environment (AMS) or during implementation projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance with Indian statutory requirements.
- Proven ability to write functional specifications and work collaboratively with technical teams.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP HCM and other SAP modules.
- Experience in support environments or implementation projects is preferred.
