Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the SAP FLM group to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Review support execution processes and provide strategic direction.
- Analyze reporting metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP FLM with a strong understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with SAP modules and related technologies is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP FLM or related fields.
