About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Technical Lead to join their team in a hybrid role based in Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi, or Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in documenting technical specifications, particularly around data flows and transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document technical specifications, focusing on data flows, data transformation, and source to target mapping.
- Collaborate proactively and independently with functional Contingent Worker Management teams to understand process complexities and integration needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications using a consultative approach.
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass or related areas.
- Strong understanding of data flows, data transformation, and source to target mapping.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in working with Contingent Worker Management processes is a plus.
Experience:
- 9-12 years in relevant technical roles.
