The team is seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join their Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Contingent Workforce management and a solid understanding of SAP MM. This role involves leading a team and providing consultancy services to optimize workforce management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Fieldglass solutions.
- Manage contingent workforce processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with Fieldglass.
- Provide training and support to users on SAP Fieldglass functionalities.
- Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP Fieldglass and its implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Contingent Workforce management principles.
- Familiarity with SAP MM and its integration with Fieldglass.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in SAP Fieldglass and workforce management.
