About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs on SAP FI and CO modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to end users, key users, consultants, and support teams.
- Explain SAP FICO concepts, business processes, and system functionality clearly and effectively.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
- Prepare high-quality training materials, presentations, user guides, exercises, and assessments.
- Demonstrate processes such as General Ledger accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP FICO Trainer with a deep understanding of SAP FI and CO modules.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Relevant SAP certification is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP FICO training or a related role.
