The team is seeking a Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance & Accounting Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, testing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to deliver comprehensive Finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Implement and test finance modules ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Support end-users and provide training to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain documentation of processes and configurations for future reference.
- Proactively manage tasks and follow through to completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
- Proven track record in finance transformation projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP Finance and Accounting consulting.
