The team is seeking an experienced SAP European Payroll Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP payroll solutions to help clients streamline their payroll processes and ensure compliance with European regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and design effective SAP payroll solutions.
- Implement and configure SAP Payroll modules to meet client specifications.
- Provide training and support to clients on SAP Payroll functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll systems with other HR and financial systems.
- Stay updated on European payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP Payroll implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of European payroll legislation and compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM and related modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP Payroll consulting.
