About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP Emarsys Consultant for a contract role. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement solutions. This role requires a robust hands-on experience in marketing automation, customer segmentation, campaign management, personalization, and omnichannel engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP Emarsys solutions to meet client needs.
- Integrate SAP Emarsys with existing systems and platforms.
- Optimize customer engagement strategies using SAP Emarsys tools.
- Manage and analyze marketing campaigns for effectiveness and performance.
- Provide training and support to clients on SAP Emarsys functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement solutions.
- Strong background in marketing automation and customer segmentation.
- Familiarity with campaign management and omnichannel engagement strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP Emarsys consulting or similar roles.
