The team is a technology consulting firm specializing in enterprise solutions that help organizations modernize and streamline their business processes. They are currently seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading data migration projects, ensuring accurate and timely migration of data into SAP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data migration strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data migration efforts for SAP implementations, focusing on OTC processes.
- Analyze and map data from legacy systems to SAP, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Develop and execute data migration plans, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights on data-related challenges.
- Conduct testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide training and support to team members on data migration best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP data migration, specifically with OTC processes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules related to sales and distribution.
- Proficiency in data migration tools and techniques, including ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
