Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and maintain SAP Core HR modules to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR processes with other business functions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HR applications.
- Train and mentor junior team members on SAP HR best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP Core HR configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP Core HR or related fields.
