The team is seeking a SAP Concur Functional Analyst to join their team, focusing on the administration and support of Concur Expense and Deployment Solutions applications. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency of travel and expense processes, compliance with policies, and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day functional administration and configuration support for Concur Expense.
- Conduct audits and testing to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Triage issues and provide timely resolutions to user inquiries.
- Generate reports and provide insights to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Support release management and deployment of application updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP Concur and related travel and expense management applications.
- Proficient in functional administration and configuration of enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in auditing, testing, and reporting within enterprise systems.
- Strong communication skills to effectively support users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in functional analysis or application support, preferably with a focus on SAP Concur.
