About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP Business Consultant to join their team. The role involves end-to-end involvement from design to deployment, focusing on delivering sustainable solutions that meet both small and large business requirements. You will work closely with various teams including Application Support, Project, Business, Digital Finance, IS, external technology partners, and Finance Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP solutions in alignment with business processes and IT/SAP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Drive the rollout of solutions from requirement gathering to hypercare support.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing SAP systems.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP Business Consultant with a strong understanding of SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of finance processes and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting and implementation.
