The team is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with a strong focus on BTP and AWS. This remote position requires a professional who is adept in HANA administration, database optimization, and system replication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SAP HANA sidecar environments and ensuring optimal performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support SAP HANA databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Optimize database performance through effective tuning and monitoring techniques.
- Implement and manage user security and access controls.
- Facilitate cloud integration using AWS and BTP, ensuring seamless connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Document processes and maintain system configurations for compliance and auditing purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP HANA and Basis administration.
- Proficient in database optimization and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and BTP integrations.
- Knowledge of user security management in SAP environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in SAP Basis and HANA administration.
