Position Overview
The team is seeking a skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP administration and support, enabling the team to optimize their SAP environments effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor SAP systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues, including performance tuning and system errors.
- Implement and maintain system security and user access controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP projects and initiatives.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP Basis Consultant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and administration.
- Proficiency in database management (e.g., Oracle, HANA).
- Experience with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP Basis administration.
