The team is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant to join their team in Bengaluru or Hyderabad. This role requires an accomplished and detail-oriented professional with over 10 years of extensive experience in SAP ABAP, particularly with a focus on SAP HRM/HCM and SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ABAP programs, reports, and enhancements to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for SAP solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP applications.
- Optimize existing ABAP code for performance and efficiency.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HRM/HCM and SAP BRIM modules.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Experience with performance tuning and debugging of ABAP programs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development.
