The team is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP on HANA – AI Native Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru. This role involves leading the development of HANA-optimized, cloud-ready SAP applications that integrate AI-native capabilities such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, and agentic AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performance ABAP on HANA solutions using best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative AI-driven applications.
- Optimize existing SAP applications for performance and scalability in cloud environments.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in SAP ABAP on HANA projects.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP technologies and AI integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP ABAP on HANA development.
- Strong understanding of AI-native technologies and their integration with SAP applications.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience in leading projects.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant work experience in SAP ABAP on HANA and AI technologies.
