About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead to join their dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is responsible for service delivery related to ABAP development and requires a strong leadership presence in guiding the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of ABAP developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the development and implementation of ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
- Work on ALE IDOC, Interfaces, and RICEFW components.
- Utilize BAPI, BADI, USEREXITS, and BDC in development tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in ABAP development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on leadership.
- Hands-on experience with ALE IDOC, Interfaces, RICEFW, BAPI, BADI, USEREXITS, and BDC.
- Proficient in creating reports and interfaces within the SAP environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development and team leadership.
