About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong SAP HCM/HR domain knowledge to develop, enhance, maintain, and support SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ABAP development and a solid understanding of SAP HCM processes and HR business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance SAP ABAP programs and reports to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and functional consultants to gather and analyze HR requirements.
- Translate HR business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
- Maintain and support existing SAP HCM applications and interfaces.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ABAP programs.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and SAP standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM processes and modules.
- Experience working with HR business stakeholders and functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on HCM.
