The team is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to guide the delivery of innovative solutions across Salesforce platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of Salesforce applications while leading a team of developers and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Mentor and support team members in best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to leverage in projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership roles.
