The team is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce, driving implementation and development projects in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce implementation, development, configuration, and customization projects.
- Provide production support and ensure optimal performance of Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Create and manage Flows, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform services and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of strong hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
