This role requires a strong Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, Configuration, or Development. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist in the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the deployment phase.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, Configuration, or Development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a Business Analyst role with a focus on Salesforce.
