About this role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 9 to 12 years of progressive enterprise experience, specializing in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM). In this role, you will define overarching technical architectures and provide thought leadership to ensure successful implementation and optimization of revenue management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement technical architectures for Salesforce Revenue Cloud and ARM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce implementation and customization.
- Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce Revenue Management.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements relevant to revenue management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and ARM.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in large enterprises.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
