The team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with expertise in Omni Studio and Health Cloud to join their team. This role will involve leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions specifically for Provider Network Management (PNM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce solution design and implementation for Provider Network Management (PNM).
- Collaborate with business, provider, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and adherence to documentation and best practices.
- Support releases and integrations, ensuring smooth transitions and functionality.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Omni Studio and Health Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in leading technical teams and projects.
- Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
