About this role
The team is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce DevOps to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce delivery and release management. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture to meet business needs.
- Lead the development and management of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
- Manage multi-org environments, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for Salesforce development and operations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a focus on DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and techniques specific to Salesforce.
- Familiarity with multi-org setups and their management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Salesforce architecture and DevOps.
